Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions set forth herein reflect Vertex Detailing’s policy with respect to each of its customers. All customers of Vertex Detailing agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.
Terms for post-service postcard promos:
Referral code “REFERRAL” must be mentioned at time of booking, 10% discount applies to referred customer’s first completed service only, referring customer receives 10% off their next service only after the referred service is completed and paid in full, if referred customer cancels, no-shows, or does not complete service the referral discount will not be issued, referral discounts are limited to one per visit and cannot be stacked or combined with other offers, referral discounts have no cash value and are non-transferable, maintenance plan introductory detail for $150 is valid only when enrolling in a monthly maintenance plan and must be used within 30 days, final pricing may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and service requirements, additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or oversized vehicles, maintenance plans require an active subscription and are subject to scheduling availability and potential pricing adjustments, ceramic coating code “SYSTEMX” is valid for $100 off first full ceramic coating package only and not valid on add-ons, partial coatings, or maintenance coatings, code must be mentioned at time of booking and cannot be combined with other promotions, all discounts must be mentioned at time of booking and cannot be applied retroactively, offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated, discounts are not redeemable for cash or credit, Vertex Detailing reserves the right to refuse service for vehicles in unsafe or extreme condition, Vertex Detailing reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time
Your vehicle and performing proper detailing techniques is our first priority. We will not perform any service that shows potential to cause harm or damage to your vehicle. Prior to Vertex Detailing performing services on your vehicle, you, the owner, will advise us of any cosmetic or mechanical issues that would prevent us from completing the detail.
Please let us know if your vehicle poses a potential threat to our health and/or safety. If there is the threat of any harmful substances (needles, drugs, gasoline, etc.) in the vehicle, you must let your detail technician know prior to your detail. You will be held responsible for any health and/or safety issues arising from your vehicle.
If your vehicle cannot be detailed once we arrive, you will still be charged the full amount of your scheduled appointment (this includes not being present once we arrive).
Vertex Detailing reserves the right to refuse service.
Vertex Detailing reserves the right to charge the remaining balance after your detail is completed on the card used for the deposit on the appointment. Vertex Detailing will never overcharge or unfairly charge an amount that was not made aware to you when you booked your appointment.
Appointments
We will provide our best expertise in removing stains; however, we are not responsible for the guarantee of returning a stain to a perfect condition. Some stains are permanent.
We will arrive as close to the scheduled appointment time as possible. However, sometimes situations can occur that will disrupt the daily schedule. Our safety will never be compromised by rushing to meet a schedule. You will be called and advised of an arrival time when schedules change beyond our control.
Additional charges apply for heavy stains, excessive pet hair, excessive debris removal, and personal item removal due to the additional time it takes.
Property Damage
Each customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Vertex Detailing, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any damage, loss, expense, cost, claim, and liability (including attorney and legal fees) arising out of Vertex Detailing services, including without limitation, any accidental property damage not relating to the services performed.
We will neither remove nor install custom equipment from your vehicle. This includes, but is not limited to, seat covers, subwoofers, light bars, pet protectors, and bumper stickers. If you want these things cleaned underneath, please remove them before your appointment.
We require a minimum 24 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment.
There are NO GUARANTEES of bringing your vehicle back to a specific condition (i.e. Show Room New).
Payment
We accept cash, Venmo, or checks. Payment is due at the completion of the detail. If payment was made online, your card will not be charged until after completion unless a deposit is required.
Photographs and Video
We have your permission to take pictures or videos of your vehicle for marketing purposes. These will never be sold or given to third parties.
Damage/Accidents
Reimbursement will not be paid for any minor cosmetic damage due to detailing your vehicle. Reimbursement will be paid for any major damage caused to your vehicle due to our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Vertex Detailing will approve the body shop and/or vendors before issuing any reimbursement.
If something arises after the detail that was not noticed during the final walk-around, you must contact us within 24 hours and, if needed, schedule a touch-up detail within 5 days.
Each customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Vertex Detailing, its owners, employees and affiliates from and against any and all liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs, including attorney and legal fees, resulting from any service provided or injury after our services have been completed.
